Will the AI ever send something I don't approve?
No. Auto-send and auto-delete are off by default. You enable them per agent, with a confidence threshold and 30-second undo.
Which AI providers are supported?
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, and Google Gemini. Bring your own API key on Pro and above.
Can I send outbound through a different provider than I receive on?
Yes. Receive via Gmail OAuth, send outbound via Brevo or SendGrid. Replies and outreach can use different transports per inbox.
Do you train AI on my email content?
No. We enforce zero-retention / no-train flags on supported providers and never use your content to train models.
What happens if my plan changes mid-cycle?
You get a grace period to choose which inboxes and campaigns to keep within the new limits. Nothing deletes silently.
